• Contact details you give us on a form: name, business name, email, phone number, city, and anything you write in the message or goal fields.
• If you contact us through a Meta (Facebook or Instagram) lead form, we receive the same details from Meta, plus the answers to the form questions (for example restaurant name, city, and best phone number).
• Basic technical data from our website and advertising tools, such as pages visited and a Meta browser identifier, used to measure whether our ads lead to real inquiries.

• To reply to your inquiry, prepare a quote or mockup, and provide our services.
• To follow up about your inquiry. We do not send bulk marketing email to people who only asked us a question.
• To measure and improve our advertising. When you submit a form, we may send Meta a confirmation that a lead happened, using a hashed (scrambled) version of your email or phone number, so Meta can show our ads to people more likely to be a fit. Hashing means Meta receives a code, not your plain email address.

• We do not sell your personal information.
• We do not share it with anyone except the service providers we use to run the site, forms, and ads (such as our website host, our client Hub, and Meta), and only so they can do that work.

Our site uses the Meta pixel and similar tools for the advertising measurement described above. Advertising tags do not load for visitors in the EEA, the UK, or Switzerland. You can block cookies in your browser at any time; the site and forms still work.

Inquiry records are kept while we are working with you and for a reasonable period afterward for our business records, then deleted or anonymized.
